The Team and our Profiles

Paul A Mouzer

Born deaf and then later acquiring visual impairment, Paul is a qualified trainer and a Business Link
accredited consultant - also a qualified national assessor and lecturer for British Sign Language.

A varied executive and management career within the Civil Service from 1976 to 1998 working
closely with public and private organisations in connection with welfare to work, employment, recruitment and rehabilitation. Since 1999 Paul has successfully run his own national disability consultancy and is nationally recognised as a leading edge and pioneering disability professional - he is one of only 20 Associates of the world renowned Employers Forum on Disability - the EFD.

Louise Thornton

Louise holds NVQ3 Advice & Guidance, CPC Certificate in Counseling Skills, NVQ3 Catering & Hospitality, NVQ2 Sign Language, C&G Level 2 Working with people who have Learning Disability.

Louise has extensive experience and expertise around recruitment, disability, rehabilitation and social care. From 1988 to 2005 at Jobcentre Plus she had management experience of the Job Vacancy Service plus the Disability Employment Adviser provision. Has also worked in social care helping deaf adults with learning disability and adults with brain injury with their independence.

Clenton Farquharson

Clenton is a highly respected national disability & equality consultant. He is a qualified trainer and Disability Equality Specialist at NVQ Level 4. An NLP Practitioner and holds an HND in construction.

Clenton has formidable experience and expertise in all things disability, equality & diversity. He has been involved in many projects and contracted work for public bodies and private businesses for the last 15years and his pedigree was recognised by becoming a Board Member of Equality 2025 (2006 to 2010).

Angie Sykes

Angie is an expert in all things HR & Personnel and is a Graduate CIPD. She also has a teacher training qualification and is a Master NLP Practitioner.

A career spent holding high profile management positions in the private sector developing HR and Personnel departments from scratch, providing quality controls and quality assurance systems including putting them into practice. Angie is very adept at change management and people development including counselling and dispute resolution.

Julie Lawlor

Julie has a RGN Diploma in HE and a BSc Degree in Advanced Professional Studies, is an Advanced Member of British Association of Brain Injury Case Managers (BABICM), is a Full member of Case Management Society UK (CMSUK), and is on the Nursing and Midwifery Council Register.

Julie has been involved in the independent case-management of adults and children with neurological deficit or injury since 1999, undertaking immediate needs assessments, as well as structuring and resourcing comprehensive clinical and vocational rehabilitation programmes.

Christina Wake

Christina's expertise is public services provision for families, children & young people. She has an NVQ Level 4 in Project Management and has a teaching accreditation.

Christina has spent her career working with families & children in the public services sector covering Fostering, Residential Social Work for sexually abused young children, Family Support, Early Years, Children's Fund and Commissioning. Since 2009 Christina has been involved in undertaking research, analysis & evaluation work of various public services.

Colin Biggs

Colin is a respected national Access Consultant. In 1974 he gained a BSc degree in Building Economics and was admitted to membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Colin has spent almost 40 years working within the built environment, with over 15 years working in architectural design within both the residential and commercial sectors. Over the past 10 years he has been heavily involved in the undertaking of access audits and access management for organisations large and small across the public and private sectors.
